Cancellation & Return Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY Orders placed can be canceled by emailing us at orders@priscillapresley.com. before item(s) leave our warehouse. Once item(s) have left our warehouse they can no longer be cancelled. RETURN POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 14 day money back return policy from date of purchase. If you need to return your purchase, it should be unopened, unused and in its original package. All returns are inspected upon receipt for signs of use and wear. No refunds will be issued for merchandise that is not in pristine condition. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 14 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be in the original form of payment; we will issue you a credit which will appear on your credit card bill. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping. Once we have been notified, please securely wrap the item(s), and include the packing slip with the Reason for Return section completed. Please ship merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit. We recommend that you ship via an established and trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.
