Explore your body and get in touch with all aspects of yourself. Find the exercise that works best for you. I like mixing lightweight training and yoga. I have found that through my own experience, that heavyweight training builds muscle for me. Lightweight training tones and lengthens me. With yoga, it’s a balance of strengthening, toning and relaxing at the same time. This combination of light weight training and yoga have made a real difference for me. Find your exercise regime, which may be a combination of disciplines, and stick with it!
